Storskogen acquires Brenderup Group

Brenderup Group has a history of more than 80 years of manufacturing trailers and boat trailers with a focus on product development and quality. The company is also the market leader in trailer rentals. In total, Brenderup Group has 380 employees with headquarters in Malmö and a production facility in Wieleń, Poland, as well as an assembly plant in Stigamo, south of Jönköping. CEO Stefan Petersén will remain in his role after the acquisition.

The company will be part of Storskogen's Products segment, in the business area Industry, for which Fredrik Bergegård is responsible.
