Corporate governance

Storskogen is a Swedish public limited liability company that has been listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, Large Cap, since 6 October 2021. Storskogen’s responsibility for cooperate governance is governed by Swedish legislation, supplemented by external frameworks as well as internal rules and instructions. Primary external frameworks for Storskogen’s corporate governance is the Nasdaq’s Nordic Main Market Rulebook for Issuers of Shares, UN Global Compact, the Market Abuse Regulation, the Swedish Annual Account Act, IFRS and the EU Audit Regulation. Storskogen also complies with the Swedish Corporate Governance Code (the “Code”). The Code applies to all Swedish companies with shares admitted to trading on a regulated market in Sweden. The Code provides for the possibility to deviate from the rules provided that any such deviations and the chosen alternative solutions are described and the reasons therefore are explained in the corporate governance report (according to the so-called “comply or explain principle”). There were no deviations from the Code in 2024.
