Storskogen extends debt maturities
Storskogen Group AB (publ) (“Storskogen”) has entered into a binding agreement to refinance its unsecured revolving credit and term loan facilities. The new agreement has an initial duration of three years, with options to extend it by up to two additional years, thereby extending the average maturity of its debt portfolio from 26 to 37 months.
“Extending our debt maturities with lower interest margins enhances our financial flexibility and secures stable, long-term funding. This is also a positive reflection of our financial position. Together, these new facilities provide a solid foundation for continued long-term value creation through organic growth and acquisitions”, says Lena Glader, CFO of Storskogen.
The new unsecured facilities agreement, entered into with an international bank syndicate on 4 November 2026, consists of two revolving credit facilities in an aggregate amount of EUR 400 million, with an accordion option of EUR 50 million, and a term loan facility of EUR 330 million (the “Facilities Agreement”). The Facilities Agreement will replace Storskogen’s previous: (i) unsecured revolving credit facility of EUR 400 million, with an accordion option of EUR 43 million, maturing in March 2029; and (ii) unsecured term loan facility with a principal amount of EUR 320 million, maturing in September 2028.
Nordea and Swedbank acted as joint coordinating bookrunners and Mannheimer Swartling Advokatbyrå acted as legal advisor to Storskogen in connection with the Facilities Agreement.
