New number of shares and votes in Storskogen
The number of shares and votes in Storskogen Group AB (publ) (“Storskogen”) as of today amounts to 1,695,357,746 shares (of which 125,001,374 Class A shares, 1,561,723,845 Class B shares and 8,632,527 Class C1 shares) and 2,820,370,112 votes. As of today, Storskogen holds 8,761,754 Class B shares.
The number of shares and votes in Storskogen has changed during July as a result of a new issue of 8,632,527 Class C1 shares within the framework of the incentive program consisting of hurdle shares (Class C1 shares in Storskogen) implemented by the annual general meeting on 6 May 2026. Storskogen’s Class B shares are admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm, whereas the Class A shares and Class C1 shares are not. The newly issued Class C1 shares were registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office on 16 July 2026.
