New number of shares and votes in Storskogen

The number of shares and votes in Storskogen Group AB (publ) (“Storskogen”), as of today, amounts to 1,686,091,991 (of which 148,001,374 A-shares and 1,538,090,617 B-shares) and 3,018,104,357 votes.

As previously announced, the number of shares and votes in Storskogen changed in April due to the conversion of the convertibles which were issued to the sellers of AC Electrical Services Limited on 3 April 2023 totalling GBP 10,361,992 to, in total, 16,561,182 B-shares. The conversion was registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office on 3 April 2024.

The number of shares and votes in Storskogen further changed in April due to the exercise of warrants of series 2021/2024 II and 2022/2026 for subscription of a total of total 52,756 B-shares. The warrants were exercised in order to deliver performance shares pursuant to the terms and conditions for Storskogen’s 2021 and 2022 share savings programmes to participants whose employment within the Storskogen Group has ended. The exercise of the warrants was registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office on 19 April 2024.
