Storskogen acquires Hudikhus
Storskogen has acquired 70 percent of the shares in Hudikhus, a Swedish company that designs and sells prefabricated wooden houses primarily for the secondary home market. The company reported a turnover of approximately SEK 125m and an EBIT of approximately SEK 28m for the fiscal year 2021.
Hudikhus is headquartered in Hudiksvall with sales offices in Stockholm and Gothenburg. The company has 25 employees with the majority within design, product development and sales.
Hudikhus was founded 1961 and has been led and owned by Anders Eriksson and his family since 1980. Today, the company is led by the second generation of owners Malin Hagberg, CEO, and Tobias Sonerud, Head of Sales, who will continue in their current roles keeping the organisational structure as is post the transaction.

The company will be part of Storskogen's business vertical Producers, in the business area Trade.
