Storskogen company signs agreement with IKEA

Storskogen’s business unit Swedstyle has signed a new and expanded framework agreement with IKEA. The deal creates conditions for the continued development of Swedestyle’s existing products as well as international expansion.
Swedstyle, headquartered in Vaggeryd in Småland, is one of the leading manufacturers in Europe of height-adjustable table frames and is part of Storskogen’s Industry business area. Production takes place in its own factories with highly automated units in Vaggeryd and Ekenässjön, with the capacity to manufacture over one million frames per year.
The framework agreement entered into between Swedstyle and IKEA means expanded cooperation between the companies. According to Swedstyle’s CEO, Patrik Rehnqvist, the order value will have a significant effect in the coming years based on IKEA’s volume forecasts.
“We are very pleased to have won this business deal and look forward to continuing our successful collaboration with IKEA”, says Patrik Rehnqvist.
According to Patrik Rehnqvist, the new agreement marks an important step forward and gives Swedstyle the opportunity to continue developing products within height-adjustable frames and the Flexlock locking system for private and public environments.
“The new agreement is proof that our commitment to delivering high-quality solutions meets our customers’ needs. The agreement is an important foundation to our production, giving us room to continue developing our own products and also to continue our international growth journey”, says Patrik Rehnqvist.
