Storskogen acquires Trollskes Maskinservice
Storskogen has acquired all the shares in Trollskes Maskinservice AB via its subsidiary Elektroautomatik i Sverige AB. Trollskes Maskinservice performs maintenance services of machines and assets for industrial companies in Sweden. The company reported reported a turnover of SEK 12m and an EBITA of SEK 1.7m for the financial year 2020.
Trollskes Maskinservice has extensive experience and competence within industrial maintenance. The company performs all kinds of services within technical, preventive and regulatory maintenance of machines and assets and posess a complete workshop for refurbishing, anlalysing and testing of machine spindles. Trollskes Maskinservice is located in Kungsör in the middle of Sweden and employs about ten people. The company is an add-on acquisiton to Elektroautomatik i Sverige (”Elektroautomatik”), an automation integration company and a turnkey supplier in the field of automation.
The acquisiton of Trollskes Maskinservice will strengthen Elektroautomatik’s service offering according to CEO Jonas Kjellberg. “We look forward to offer the wide experience and competence within service and maintenance that Trollskes Maskinservice posesses and thereby the opportunity for the local industrial companies in the middle of Sweden to improve their efficiency”, says Jonas Kjellberg, CEO of Elektroautomatik.
Trollskes Masinservice was founded in 2008 by Rickard Trollske who will remain in the company as site manager after the transaction.
