Storskogen acquires EVIAB Group

On January 4, 2022, Storskogen entered into an agreement to acquire a qualified majority stake in EVIAB Group, a growing group consisting of four companies that perform installation work in electricity, plumbing, safety and electrical technology. The company reported sales of SEK 118 million during the financial year 2020 with SEK 10.4 million in EBITDA. The acquisition is expected to be completed in mid-January 2022.

EVIAB Group consists of Elprofilen i Örebro AB, VVS Profilen i Örebro AB, EVIAB Teknik AB and Säkerhetsprofilen i Örebro AB. The company's main focus is installation services for companies and private individuals, and the assignments vary from large construction projects such as schools or embassies to ongoing service for property owners or in private homes. The company is headquartered in Örebro and is led by CEO Lars Larsen, who will remain in his role after the transaction.

The company will be part of Storskogen's vertical Installation, which is part of the Services business area.
