The number of shares and votes in Storskogen Group AB (publ), as of today, amounts to 1,676,921,485 shares (of which 148,001,374 A-shares and 1,528,920,111 B-shares) and 3,008,933,851 votes.

As previously communicated, the number of shares and votes in the company changed in April due to a directed share issue of 4,158,297 B-shares to VSH Holding AB, a parent company to the portfolio company Swedwise on 1 April 2022.
