Annette Brodin Rampe proposed as new Chairman of Storskogen

The Nomination Committee in Storskogen Group AB proposes Annette Brodin Rampe as new Chairman of the Board of directors at the Annual General Meeting on 17 May 2022. The current Chairman of Storskogen, Elisabeth Thand Ringqvist has informed the Nomination Committee that she has declined re-election.

Annette Brodin Rampe has an extensive experience from operative roles within process-, energy-, and the consultancy industry. Today she acts as CEO of ImagineCare, a market leader within digital self-monitoring of patients’ health. Annette is also acting as Board member in Poolia AB, Ferronordic Machines and Episurf Medical AB.

A more detailed presentation of Annette Brodin Rampe will be made available on Storskogen’s webpage as soon as the notice to the Annual General Meeting is published.

With her vast experience and competence as well as personal qualities, Annette will be able to contribute greatly to Storskogen’s continued growth journey. I would also like to take the opportunity to thank Elisabeth Thand Ringqvist for leading the board of Storskogen exemplary for some very eventful years”, says Liv Gorosch, Chairman of the Nomination Committee.

The complete proposals from the Nomination Committee will be announced in the notice to the Annual General Meeting to be held in Stockholm on 17 May 2022.

The Nomination Committee for the 2022 Annual General Meeting consists of:

  • Liv Gorosch (Chairman), appointed by A-shareholders,
  • Ronnie Bergström, appointed by A-shareholders,
  • Dick Bergqvist, appointed by AMF,
  • Monica Åsmyr, appointed by Swedbank Robur Fonder.

In addition, the Chairman of the Board of directors, Elisabeth Thand Ringqvist, is co-opted to the Nomination Committee.
